Deactivating connections

To deactivate a connection

  1. In the toolbar, under Templates, click Beneficiaries.
  2. Find the connection you want to deactivate.
For more information, see Searching for beneficiaries.
  3. Choose Deactivate from the menu next to the connection name.
  4. Click Yes to confirm.
The connection is deactivated and removed from the Beneficiaries list and the Active Connections list.

Note:

  • Deactivated accounts cannot be reactivated. You will have to add the connection again.
  • If a connection has shared multiple bank accounts, only the deactivated account is removed. Any remaining accounts will remain in the Beneficiaries and Active Connections list. The payee can share the deactivated account with you again.
  • If all accounts associated with a connection are deactivated, the connection is automatically removed from the Beneficiaries page and Active Connections list in Corpay Cross-Border and the payee's Connections list. A new invite is required to add the connection again.
